Our client is seeking a Sales Supervisor for the Ho.Re.Ca channel who would be responsible for distributing sales targets and objectives to sales agents in line with the companys commercial strategies. This role ensures market expansion, portfolio positioning, and achievement of business goals across the assigned territory.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the Kosovo territory and a team of Pre-Seller agents under direct supervision.
  • Ensure full market coverage by reaching all potential clients and properly positioning EIG products at points of sale, including securing space ahead of competitors.
  • Take ownership of the territorys commercial performance and market situation.
  • Distribute weekly and monthly targets to supervised staff based on client and territory potential.
  • Manage daily routines and time planning, ensuring efficiency in both individual work and team guidance during meetings and field visits.
  • Establish an effective and logical route plan considering time and travel cost optimization.
  • Drive sales growth with large customers, market expansion, and achievement of sales objectives.
  • Set SMART goals and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Ensure corrective plans are implemented on time and transformed into added value.
  • Empower staff using a coaching approach that focuses on questions rather than instructions.
  • Encourage creativity, new problem-solving methods, and opportunity identification.
  • Monitor daily field activities of sales agents, providing orientation and motivation toward set objectives.
  • Plan and coordinate sales activities aligned with company strategy.
  • Propose and oversee client programs, projects, or contracts until full completion.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department for effective execution of commercial strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Recruit new clients and continuously expand the customer portfolio.
  • Guide, coach, monitor, motivate, and evaluate the performance of supervised agents.
  • Prepare periodic reports as requested by direct management.
  • Continuously communicate market trends and competitive developments.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by direct supervisors.
  • Ensure full compliance with company internal policies and applicable legislation.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelors degree, preferably in Economics or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and at least 3 years in a similar supervisory role; FMCG experience is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent command of MS Office suite.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, field dynamics, and execution.
  • Excellent communication and motivation skills.
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
