Job Description:
The client is currently seeking an exceptional Business Analyst with hands-on experience with software development projects to join our accomplished team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing data-driven recommendations. 

Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project objectives.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.

Project Management:

Assist with project management activities including scheduling, coordinating tasks, project plan development and stakeholder communication.
Process Improvement:
Evaluate existing business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Develop and implement process improvement strategies, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to analyze business performance and identify key metrics and KPIs.
Create comprehensive reports and presentations that communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Solution Design and Implementation:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that address business challenges and opportunities.
Ensure that solutions are aligned with business objectives and provide measurable benefits.

Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration:

Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment.
Provide regular updates on project progress, deliverables, and outcomes to stakeholders. Market and Industry Research:
Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
Stay updated with the latest developments in business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in business analysis, with a strong background in data analysis and process improvement.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

Additional Requirements:
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Continuous learning mindset and a commitment to staying updated with industry trends and best practices.

Good to have:
Experience with startup culture adaptability to the fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Experience with projects related to the financial services industry.
Project management certification, specifically PMP or equivalent.
