Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly autonomous and results-driven Remote LinkedIn Strategist to lead and scale our organic growth and brand authority on LinkedIn, with a focus on UX / UI education. This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive LinkedIn content strategy designed to significantly increase organic reach, engagement, and qualified traffic to our blog and future coaching platform.
The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in LinkedIn growth strategy, content marketing, and AI-powered content workflows to operate a high-volume, high-quality content engine. You will be responsible for positioning our brand as a leading authority in UX / UI while driving audience growth, engagement, and long-term conversion opportunities. This role operates with a high level of independence and reports directly to the founder, with success measured by measurable growth in reach, engagement, followers, and traffic.
Key Responsibilities:
1. LinkedIn Strategy and Growth

Develop, implement, and continuously optimize a comprehensive LinkedIn organic growth strategy.

Establish and position the brand as a thought leader in UX / UI education on LinkedIn.

Plan and manage a high-volume content calendar designed to maximize visibility, engagement, and audience growth.

Identify growth opportunities, trends, and audience insights to continuously improve performance.

Align LinkedIn strategy with long-term business goals, including traffic generation and future service offerings.
2. Content Strategy, Creation, and Automation

Design and manage scalable content workflows using AI tools to increase efficiency and output while maintaining quality.

Create and publish engaging LinkedIn content, including text posts, carousels, educational posts, and video scripts.

Ensure all content maintains brand voice, accuracy, and alignment with UX / UI best practices.

Repurpose blog content and UX / UI concepts into high-performing LinkedIn content formats.

Act as the final editorial authority to ensure quality, consistency, and strategic alignment.
3. Analytics, Optimization, and Performance Tracking

Monitor and analyze LinkedIn performance metrics, including reach, engagement, follower growth, and traffic.

Use data insights to continuously refine and improve content strategy.

Track and report weekly and monthly performance metrics and strategic progress.

Implement strategies to increase qualified traffic to the blog and future coaching platform.
4. Website and Monetization Alignment

Align LinkedIn content strategy with blog growth and monetization initiatives.

Support integration of affiliate marketing strategies within content and blog ecosystem.

Collaborate on traffic generation strategies to support platform growth.

Ensure LinkedIn serves as a primary traffic driver for business growth.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Proficient English communication skills (written and spoken).

5+ years of experience in LinkedIn strategy, social media strategy, or content marketing.

Proven track record of growing LinkedIn accounts, increasing engagement, and driving organic traffic.

Strong understanding of LinkedIn content formats, algorithm dynamics, and growth strategies.

Demonstrated experience using AI tools and automation to scale content production.

Strong analytical skills with experience using LinkedIn Analytics and Google Analytics.

Ability to work independently and manage high-volume content production.

Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven mindset.

Reliable computer, stable high-speed internet, and professional remote work setup.

Ability to align with U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
