Job Summary:

We are seeking a Remote Recruiter & Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process for caregiver positions, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and new hires. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. The Recruiter & Onboarding Specialist will source, screen, and interview qualified candidates; coordinate and complete all aspects of onboarding; and collaborate closely with management to meet staffing goals. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in HR tools and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for caregiver positions.
  • Coordinate and handle the onboarding process for new hires from start to end.
  • Prepare and process all new hire documentation in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate and employee records.
  • Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and prioritize recruitment efforts.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout all stages of the process.
  • Perform other tasks related to the position.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proficient level of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams, internal leaders, providers, and potential clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven experience in recruiting, onboarding, or HR coordination (preferably in healthcare or caregiving).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to think quickly and work efficiently.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
  • Sound judgment and the capacity to comprehend and execute instructions promptly with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet.
