Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Human Resources Administrative professional to support daily Human Resources operations and employee lifecycle processes. This role is responsible for conducting background checks, managing employee system access, supporting onboarding and offboarding activities, and maintaining accurate HR records. The position also assists with employment audits, compliance documentation, and general administrative support for the HR team. The ideal candidate has prior experience in HR administration, strong organizational and communication skills, a high level of discretion when handling confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within system-based workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct background checks for new and existing employees.
- Create, maintain, and manage new employee system and account access.
- Handle offboarding processes, including deactivating employee accounts and documenting exits.
- Support employment audits and assist with compliance-related documentation.
- Assist with employee onboarding processes and coordination.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Perform additional HR-related administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Prior experience in HR administration, HR operations, or a related administrative role.
- Familiarity with background check processes, onboarding, and offboarding procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable working with HR systems and administrative workflows.
- Proficiency with standard office tools and HR-related systems preferred.
- Experience supporting HR compliance or audit-related activities.
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), preferred.
- Sound judgment and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet.
