Job Summary:


We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Remote E-commerce Support Specialist to support an Amazon-based kitchen products business. The ideal candidate is outgoing, tech-savvy, and confident communicating with customers while resolving issues and supporting day-to-day operations. This role requires a strong understanding of the company's products and brand, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a structured, fast-paced ecommerce environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in customer communication, issue resolution, account support, and overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries, issues, and complaints.
  • Make outbound calls to resolve customer concerns.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company's brands and products.
  • Support account management and daily operations.
  • Assist with customer service and ecommerce-related tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Monitor customer requests and follow up to ensure satisfactory outcomes.
  • Perform other duties related to the position as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proficient level of English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent professional and communication skills.
  • Outgoing, energetic, and professional with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Confident and assertive, with the ability to handle challenging situations and stand firm when necessary.
  • Tech-savvy, and able to quickly learn new systems, processes, and technical concepts.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Experience with ERP systems is a strong plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and workflows.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management).
  • Out-of-the-box thinker, highly adaptable, reliable, self-motivated, and confident approach.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Ability to understand and follow established processes accurately with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time (New York) business hours and adapt to business needs.
