Job Summary:
We are seeking a Virtual Medical Doctor to join our team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a telehealth environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting health, diagnosing illnesses, and delivering professional and compassionate treatment while accurately documenting patient encounters in electronic health record (EHR) systems. This role involves collaborating closely with healthcare providers and interdisciplinary team members, conducting telehealth and telemedicine consultations via video or telephone, and managing primarily outbound patient communications to deliver assigned services in accordance with agency protocols. A strong commitment to patient well-being, confidentiality, continuous learning, and efficient virtual healthcare delivery is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately document patient encounters in electronic health record (EHR) systems, including medical histories, physical examinations, procedures, and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare providers to ensure complete, accurate, and timely documentation of patient visits.
  • Maintain strict patient confidentiality and ensure full compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and interdisciplinary team members to support efficient workflows and documentation processes.
  • Conduct telehealth and telemedicine interactions with patients via video or telephone.
  • Initiate and manage primarily outbound patient calls, while professionally handling inbound calls as required.
  • Contact patients to deliver assigned services in accordance with agency protocols and supervisory guidance.
  • Perform other tasks related to the position.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Excellent Russian proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in medicine.
  • Availability to work 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (New York time zone).

  • Experience as a medical scribe or in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
  • Must be organized and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Out-of-the-box thinker, reliable, and professional.
  • Sound judgment and the capacity to comprehend and execute instructions promptly with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet.
