Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Appointment Setter to join our remote healthcare team. In this role, you will make outbound calls, introduce our services, and set qualified appointments that count as sales. You will use proven sales techniques to build rapport, uncover client needs, and close opportunities, while providing compassionate, high-quality support to patients and health plan members. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments, follow up with leads, and introduce products and services.
- Enroll members in health plans and provide clear information on plan details.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and best practices.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing professional and compassionate customer service and support.
- Process customer orders and assist in resolving any concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies and customer service processes.
- Perform administrative tasks related to customer service as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Spanish (verbal and written).
- Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST (New York time).
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, especially in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in sales or collections is highly preferred.
- Ability to handle objections, navigate challenging situations, and effectively overcome rebuttals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus but not required.
- Healthcare Experience is a plus.
- Must be organized and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- 100% remote work.
- Compensation in USD.
- Full-time position with 50 hours per week, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST.
