Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Ticketing Operations Specialist to support ticket purchasing and management operations. This role is responsible for purchasing tickets online, accurately recording and tracking ticket information, and ensuring all purchases are properly organized and verified. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with online systems and software, can efficiently multitask while handling calls and emails, and communicates effectively with team members and leadership. This position requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to follow established processes while working independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase tickets online.
- Accurately record ticket purchases in the system and software.
- Prepare and organize ticket purchases in advance.
- Track and manage ticket information.
- Follow established processes and instructions.
- Verify ticket details (dates, times, pricing, and confirmations) for accuracy.
- Communicate with team members and leadership regarding ticket status or issues.
- Resolve discrepancies related to ticket purchases.
- Perform other tasks related to the role.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while handling phone calls and emails.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proficient level of English (written and spoken).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate effectively with teams, leadership, providers, and clients.
- Fast learner with strong attention to detail.
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Strong multitasking, and organizational skills with the ability to handle calls and email.
- Out-of-the-box thinker, proactive, and professional, and comfortable asking questions when necessary.
- Prior experience working with computers and digital tools and CRMs (call center agent, office, etc.).
- Comfortable working with online systems and software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), preferred.
- Sound judgment and the capacity to comprehend and execute instructions promptly with minimal supervision.
- Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors in a dual-screen setup, and stable high-speed internet.
