Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal and Marketing Assistant to support daily administrative, personal, and marketing-related tasks. This role involves managing the clients schedule, handling light marketing duties, preparing daily reports, and assisting with content creation. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a strong sense of accountability, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a flexible work environment. This role involves daily collaboration with the client, task management using ClickUp, and supporting marketing efforts on Canva, Figma, and LinkedIn. Strong organizational skills and adaptability to new tools are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personal Task Management: Handle various personal tasks, including scheduling and organization for the client.
  • Light Marketing Support: Assist with content creation, editing, and basic marketing duties (e.g., managing LinkedIn activity, promoting content).
  • Daily Check-Ins: Meet with the client for approximately one hour each day to discuss progress, updates, and tasks.
  • Daily Reporting: Submit a daily update via ClickUp outlining completed tasks, progress, and any challenges.
  • Task Ownership: Independently manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines without excuses.
  • Problem-Solving: Address issues promptly and inform the client if a task cannot be completed as planned.
  • Accountability: Take full responsibility for assigned work, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Proactive Task Creation: Seek out new tasks and opportunities to contribute and improve work processes.
  • Honesty and Transparency: Maintain open, honest communication with regular updates on work completed.
  • Adaptability: Adjust to shifting priorities and client needs as tasks arise.
  • Self-Management: Organize and prioritize tasks independently without the need for micromanagement.
  • Learning New Tools and Skills: Quickly adapt to new software and tools (e.g., Figma, ClickUp, Canva) to complete tasks effectively.
  • Marketing Content Support: Help create, edit, and manage marketing materials aligned with the clients goals.
  • Flexible Hours: Work without a fixed schedule, as long as tasks are completed to client expectations by the end of the day.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks related to the position as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work well with a remote team and Strong English Excellent Communication Skills Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and frequently in both written and verbal form.
  • Proficiency in Task Management Tools Strong experience with ClickUp (required) for task tracking, daily updates, and project organization.
  • Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.); basic computer literacy required.
  • Design & Content Tools Experience using Canva and Figma (beginner level acceptable) to create, edit, and manage content.
  • Marketing & Content Creation Ability to create, edit, and manage social media and marketing content (e.g., LinkedIn activity).
  • Sales Experience Ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and support sales efforts.
  • Understanding of Marketing Strategy Familiarity with creating marketing materials and supporting broader marketing initiatives.
  • Experience with AI Tools Ability to use or learn AI tools such as ChatGPT to assist with various tasks (preferred).
  • Organizational Skills Ability to efficiently manage and balance personal tasks, client requests, and marketing duties.
  • Initiative & Independence Self-starter who can identify and take on tasks independently without needing direction.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities Capable of thinking creatively and resolving issues with minimal supervision.
  • Accountability & Responsibility Consistently meets deadlines and takes full ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Tech Savviness Comfortable using communication tools such as WhatsApp, email, and other platforms.
  • Adaptability Able to adjust to changing priorities and work within a flexible schedule.
  • Reliable Reporting Provides honest, clear updates using ClickUp or similar tools to communicate progress.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Must have a Windows computer (Windows 10 or newer) that is less than 4 years old.
  • Two monitors and a high-speed fiber network or Starlink internet.
