Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Operations Assistant (Part-Time) to support our sales team by managing and advancing sales pipeline activities. Working closely with Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), this role ensures that leads and deals progress efficiently through the sales funnel. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot CRM), and focused on process-driven sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage active sales opportunities within the CRM system.
  • Proactively reach out to prospects to schedule follow-ups, gather feedback, and advance deals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline data.
  • Assist in reporting on pipeline health, deal velocity, and stage conversion rates.
  • Identify stalled deals or process inefficiencies and support resolution efforts.
  • Provide general sales operations and CRM maintenance support.
  • Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, demos, and internal team updates.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and documentation.
  • Support onboarding and training of new sales team members on CRM and sales tools.
  • Help track sales targets and contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Maintain communication logs and ensure timely follow-ups with clients and prospects.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks related to the position as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and interact effectively over the phone.
  • Experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience as a virtual assistant or related roles.
  • Experience with CRM tools, especially HubSpot CRM.
  • Experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related roles.
  • Computer literate with strong system and software knowledge.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset.
  • Available to work part-time hours (10AM to 2PM), with potential to transition to full-time.
  • Experience supporting sales pipeline management and reporting highly preferred.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and terminology.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Must have a Windows computer (Windows 10 or newer) that is less than 4 years old.
  • Two monitors and a high-speed fiber network or Starlink internet.
