Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly creative, platform-savvy Social Media Specialist with a strong design sense and a deep understanding of what makes content succeed online. This is not a basic posting role - we need someone who lives and breathes social media, can make pages look stunning, understands what audiences love, and takes creative responsibility for the vibe, look, and content decisions across multiple platforms. A sharp eye for creativity and aesthetics is essential to thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms with full awareness of trends, features, tools, and best practices.
  • Create and schedule posts/stories using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or directly within apps.
  • Ensure all visual content looks beautiful and consistent across feeds and stories.
  • Collaborate on creative direction: what content to post, how to tell the story, which clips to use, and which visuals to upload.
  • Choose trending sounds and understand what makes a video feel engaging and effective.
  • Take the initiative in suggesting new content formats, series, captions, and viral ideas.
  • Assist in basic video editing and text overlays (even if using tools like CapCut or Canva).
  • Optimize tagging, hashtags, and caption writing for performance.
  • Keep files organized and communicate daily with the creative team.
  • Perform other tasks related to the position.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in social media content creation or management.
  • A sharp eye for creativity and aesthetics is essential to thrive in this role.
  • Deep familiarity with all major social platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts.
  • Strong aesthetic sense, including understanding of layout, color, typography, balance, and visual trends.
  • Ability to use Canva or similar tools to create clean, well-designed layouts and stories.
  • Knowledge of what performs well visually on social media.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to make content feel fresh, human, and scroll-stopping.
  • Video editing skills (even on mobile apps), plus good sound & music selection.
  • Experience managing pages for creative brands, events, or businesses.
  • Experience working with content creators or videographers.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Must have a Windows computer (Windows 10 or newer) that is less than 4 years old.
  • Two monitors and a high-speed fiber network or Starlink internet.
