Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Client Success Representative to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting new client onboarding, maintaining accurate client data, and ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the client journey. The ideal candidate is highly responsible, tech-savvy, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact clients via phone, email, and text to conduct timely follow-ups.
  • Collect bank statements and necessary onboarding documents from new clients.
  • Accurately organize and track client information in internal systems.
  • Support the client onboarding process and ensure clear, consistent communication.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism across all client interactions.
  • Identify and escalate client concerns or issues to the appropriate team for resolution.
  • Ensure all client interactions and updates are logged promptly in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the onboarding experience and optimize client workflows.
  • Proactively check in with clients during the onboarding phase to ensure all required steps are completed and address any questions or delays.
  • Perform other duties related to the position.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
  • Clear and professional communication (calls, emails, texts).
  • Prior experience in client success, finance, or Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) space is a plus but not required.
  • Must have a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Comfortable working with Excel data and spreadsheets.
  • Knowledge of Financial terms is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficient with Google Sheets, email, and CRM tools (highly preferred).
  • Highly responsible and reliable, proactive, tech-savvy, and dependable.
  • Must be organized and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must have a Windows computer (Windows 10 or newer) that is less than 4 years old.
  • Two monitors and a high-speed fiber network or Starlink internet.
