Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Developer & Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building user-friendly websites and has a strong eye for design. You will be responsible for both developing and designing websites, ensuring functionality, responsiveness, and aesthetic appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop modern, user-friendly websites tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging UI/UX using tools like Figma and Canva.
  • Implement websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress.
  • Customize and manage sites built with Elementor and Go High Level.
  • Assist in creating visually appealing graphics using Adobe tools.
  • Ensure websites are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance.
  • Maintain and update websites as needed.
  • Test and debug websites for cross-browser compatibility.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure SEO and brand consistency.
  • Stay current with design and development trends.
  • Perform other tasks related to the position.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Proven experience as a Web Developer & Designer.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and logical thinking.
  • Passion for continuous learning and keeping up with web trends.
  • Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a user-centered design mindset.
  • Software & Technical Expertise:
  • Programming Languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • CMS Platforms: WordPress, Go High Level.
  • Design Tools: Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Page Builders: Elementor.
  • Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design practices.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Must have a Windows computer (Windows 10 or newer) that is less than 4 years old.
  • Two monitors and a high-speed fiber network or Starlink internet.
