Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly professional, responsible, and tech-savvy Remote Sales & Executive Assistant to provide high-level support across multiple growing businesses, including flooring, HVAC, antiques, clothing, cleaning services, and maintenance operations. This role combines executive assistance, sales and outreach, collections, online selling support, and general operational coordination in a fast-paced remote environment. Approximately 60% of the role will focus on sales, lead generation, outreach, and client follow-up activities, while the remaining 40% will involve executive assistant and operational support responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Responsibilities include conducting outbound calls, generating and following up on leads, scheduling meetings, assisting with collections and payment follow-ups, supporting eBay and online marketplace activities, researching companies, posting advertisements, preparing reports, and assisting with daily business operations. This position is ideal for professionals with experience in sales, executive assistance, operations, or eCommerce support who are seeking a long-term opportunity to grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Assistant / Operations

  • Act as the CEO's right hand and provide day-to-day operational support.
  • Organize, manage, and follow up on daily tasks and assignments.
  • Research companies and identify contact information for outreach initiatives.
  • Post advertisements on Craigslist and other online platforms.
  • Assist with advertising, promotions, and business growth initiatives.
  • Prepare daily activity and progress reports.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support.

Sales & Outreach

  • Conduct cold calls to potential cleaning company customers.
  • Generate leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing client communication.
  • Support business development and sales growth efforts.
  • Maintain accurate communication records and sales updates.

Collections

  • Assist with collections and payment follow-ups.
  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment status.

Online Selling Support

  • Assist with managing and selling products through eBay and online marketplaces.
  • Support product listings, customer communication, and product management activities.
  • Perform other duties related to the position as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proficient level of English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration with clients, colleagues, and teammates.
  • Previous sales experience is a plus, especially selling through eBay or online marketplaces.
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Sales Representative, Collections Specialist, Operations Assistant, or in similar professional roles.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • High level of integrity, proactivity, trustworthiness, and a highly dependable work ethic.
  • Strong responsibility, follow-through, and organizational skills.
  • Professional communication skills with a strong speaking voice and positive personality.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • 100% remote work.
  • Compensation in USD.
  • Full-time position with 40 hours weekly. Schedule 9 AM – 5 PM EST or 10 AM – 6 PM EST.
