Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Remote Sales Manager to lead and oversee overall sales operations while building a high-performing, structured sales team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales scripts, pipelines, and processes, as well as training, coaching, and mentoring sales representatives to achieve and exceed performance goals. The Sales Manager will analyze sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities, collaborate closely with leadership on sales strategies and forecasting, and optimize CRM usage and workflows to improve efficiency and visibility. The ideal candidate is a mature, reliable professional with strong leadership presence, bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish, and a long-term commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage overall sales operations.
  • Develop, refine, and implement effective sales scripts and processes.
  • Train, coach, and support sales representatives to drive performance.
  • Track sales performance and hold the team accountable to established goals.
  • Build and maintain a structured, efficient, and motivated sales team.
  • Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to set sales targets, forecasts, and strategies.
  • Optimize CRM usage and sales workflows to improve efficiency and visibility.
  • Support additional administrative related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong Spanish communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager.
  • Strong understanding of sales scripts, pipelines, and sales processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, train, scale, and lead sales teams.
  • Prior experience managing and mentoring sales professionals.
  • Preference for an experienced, mature professional with a strong leadership presence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), preferred.
  • Commitment to a long-term role with a high level of reliability and work quality.
  • Sound judgment and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet.
