Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote E-Commerce Operations Assistant to support the daily operations of our growing online business. This role is responsible for managing product listings, marketplace operations, customer support, advertising initiatives, AI-generated content, and product-related projects across multiple e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. This position is well-suited for either an experienced e-commerce professional who can contribute immediately or a highly trainable individual with strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills who is eager to grow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings across various e-commerce platforms.
- Create product photos and videos using AI tools and coordinate with Fiverr freelancers as needed.
- Assist with social media marketing initiatives, including TikTok advertising campaigns.
- Manage and optimize advertisements on Amazon and other online marketplaces.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide customer support.
- Assist with packaging projects and product improvement initiatives.
- Manage returns, resolve customer issues, and help improve customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties related to the position as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proficient level of English (written and spoken).
- Excellent professional and communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration with clients, vendors, and teammates.
- Experience with Amazon, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with AI tools is preferred.
- Experience in e-commerce, operations, administrative support or related roles.
- Experience utilizing reporting tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Shopify, and Amazon reports is preferred.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong accountability, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Previous e-commerce, online retail, or marketplace experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working within structured processes and established workflows.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and workflows.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management).
- Out-of-the-box thinker, highly adaptable, reliable, self-motivated, and confident approach.
- Positive attitude and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Ability to understand and follow established processes accurately with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time (New York) business hours and adapt to business needs.

Compensation & Benefits:
- 100% remote work.
- Compensation in USD.
- Full-time position with 40 hours weekly. 8AM to 5PM EST.
