Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Sales Development Representative to manage and qualify inbound sales opportunities across our payments and fintech solutions. This role is the front line of our revenue engine - responsible for responding to inbound leads, qualifying prospects, booking meetings, and supporting the sales pipeline through accurate CRM management and follow-up. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable engaging business owners and decision-makers in fast-moving industries. Youll work closely with sales leadership to ensure inbound demand is handled quickly, professionally, and efficiently while maintaining a strong conversion rate from lead to booked opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and web submissions.
- Qualify inbound leads based on companys ideal customer profile (ICP).
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand merchant needs, business models, and payment requirements and rate the lead
- Schedule and coordinate qualified meetings for senior sales executives.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all inbound leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Support the sales pipeline by tracking lead status, outcomes, and next steps.
- Perform other tasks related to the position.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proficient level of English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- 1 to 3+ years experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or in an inbound sales role.
- Proven experience qualifying inbound leads and booking meetings in a B2B environment.
- Experience using HubSpot CRM
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up habits.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning fintech, payment-processing concepts and CRM systems.
- Strong ability to close deals effectively.
- Understanding of HIPAA-compliant practices, highly preferred.
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Friendly, engaging, and approachable personality.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet.
