Job Summary:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Travel Booking Specialist to manage end-to-end travel arrangements, provide competitive travel quotes, and ensure seamless coordination between clients, internal teams, and travel partners in a 24/7 support environment. The ideal candidate brings strong experience using Global Distribution Systems (GDS), with expert-level proficiency in Amadeus and familiarity with Sabre, to accurately prepare quotes, verify pricing and booking details, and confirm reservations in a timely manner. This role requires excellent English communication skills, strong organizational and follow-up abilities, and the capacity to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams. The successful candidate will proactively resolve booking issues or discrepancies and consistently deliver a high level of client satisfaction. A professional, self-motivated mindset and the ability to manage complex travel requests with precision and efficiency are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle travel bookings efficiently while ensuring accuracy and timely confirmations.
  • Coordinate with team members to maintain seamless 24-hour coverage and support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date booking records and documentation.
  • Resolve booking issues and discrepancies promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding bookings and updates.
  • Provide accurate travel quotes using GDS Amadeus primarily and GDS Sabre as a secondary system.
  • Prepare and send competitive rate options per client quote.
  • Perform other tasks related to the position.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proficient level of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated advanced GDS expertise, ideally with prior experience in a senior or lead role within a travel company.
  • Extensive professional experience using Amadeus at an expert level.
  • Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), preferably Sabre.
  • Proven experience in travel booking and reservations.
  • Ability to support and coordinate 24-hour shift coverage.
  • Proven experience handling travel bookings and preparing quotes.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills to ensure efficient coordination.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a professional approach to problem-solving.
  • Out-of-the-box thinker, reliable, and professional.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
  • Sound judgment and the capacity to comprehend and execute instructions promptly with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet.
