Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced detail-oriented Remote Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance Specialist with proven experience supporting commercial insurance operations. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent phone and email etiquette, and the ability to manage policy-related tasks with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day Property & Casualty insurance activities, including handling client and carrier communications, processing policy documentation, and managing endorsements, renewals, and cancellations. This position is well-suited for a professional who is organized, proactive, customer-focused, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Success in this role requires a solid background in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance with carrier and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound phone communications professionally and effectively.
  • Support commercial insurance operations related to Property & Casualty policies.
  • Communicate clearly with clients, carriers, and internal teams regarding policy details and coverage.
  • Assist with insurance documentation, data entry, and record management.
  • Use internal systems and tools to manage insurance-related information accurately.
  • Review, process, and follow up on policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of policy information in accordance with carrier and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other tasks related to the role.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proficient level of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams, leadership, providers, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience working with Commercial Property & Casualty insurance lines and policies.
  • Strong phone and email etiquette.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage insurance-related documentation.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Customer service-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Analytical, organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Sound judgment and the capacity to comprehend and execute instructions promptly with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), preferred.
  • Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet.
