- Executive Representation: Act as the trusted proxy for the GM. Host partners, lead high-stakes social engagements, and maintain the group's professional reputation in Vietnam.
- Transaction Support & Facilitation: 1. Property Fund: Support the lifecycle of "narrow house" acquisitions by coordinating with local partners. Focus on removing bottlenecks and ensuring deal completion. 2. "Go Global" Advisory: Serve as the "localization bridge" for Chinese enterprises, helping them navigate the local business landscape and financial service cycles.
- Relationship Stewardship: Manage the complex "connecting of dots" between HQ, local partners, and HNWIs. Ensure existing local partners are aligned with the group's strategic vision.
- Strategic Communication: Maintain high-frequency, nuanced reporting in Mandarin and English to ensure HQ is never "blind" to local market dynamics.
