The company is currently led by an energetic second-generation general manager, focusing on driving growth and modernization.

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Technical R&D Manager to lead and rebuild our laboratory and product development team. This position is crucial to the company's growth and innovation strategy. The General Manager has prioritized new product development and expects to find a leader who can take full ownership of this function (a role previously held concurrently by the General Manager). The ideal candidate should be a technical expert with outstanding management skills.

Job Description

• 領導所有新產品開發 (NPD) 專案，從概念發想、配方設計到產線試產。
• 根據客戶或市場的特定需求，開發並配置精確的母粒與塑膠助劑配方。
• 管理、指導並帶領實驗室與研發職員，完成上級要求的命令。
• 監督並規劃產線的優化與效率提升。
• 建立並執行嚴格的品質控制流程，包含成品檢查。
• 獨立操作並維護實驗室器材，以進行測試、研究與開發。

• Lead all New Product Development (NPD) projects, from conceptualization and formula design to production line trials. 
• Develop and configure precise masterbatch and plastic additive formulas based on specific client or market requirements.
• Manage, guide, and lead the laboratory and R&D staff to complete tasks assigned by management. 
• Oversee and plan the optimization and efficiency improvement of the production line. 
• Establish and execute strict quality control procedures, including finished product inspection.
• Independently operate and maintain laboratory equipment for testing, research, and development purposes.

Managing Line: R&D/ Lab Team

Requirements & Qualifications

• 必須具備色母配色的實務經驗。
• 必須具備塑膠原料加工的深厚技術經驗。
• 必須具備塑膠助劑使用的全面知識與經驗。
• 具有管理和領導技術團隊或實驗室的經驗。
• 具備使用實驗器材與獨立開發的強大能力。

• Must possess hands-on experience with color masterbatch matching/pigment dispersion.
• Must possess deep technical experience in plastic raw material processing.
• Must have comprehensive knowledge and experience in the use of plastic additives.
• Experience in managing and leading a technical team or laboratory.
• Strong ability to use laboratory equipment and conduct independent development.
