  • IPO Readiness (KY Listing): Oversee the 5-year roadmap for listing in Taiwan, focusing on the first 3 years of "internal cleanup," auditing, and standardized reporting.
  • Internal Control Implementation: Design and implement 8-9 formal internal control cycles (e.g., Procurement/Payment, Sales/Collection, Production) to meet TWSE standards.
  • Dual-Plant Financial Management: Oversee accounting for two distinct operations: the material processing plant (import/export/inventory) and the construction project plant (revenue recognition/cost control).
  • Compliance & Consolidation: Ensure financial reporting aligns with both Vietnam Accounting Standards (VAS) and Taiwan GAAP/IFRS for parent company consolidation.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and upskill a team of 4 local Vietnamese accounting staff and liaise with 8-10 long-tenured expatriate managers.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary financial liaison between the Vietnam operations, the Chairman's office (Ping), and the Taiwanese investor group.
