Key Responsibilities

• Financial Governance: Partner with the Taiwanese Finance Manager to implement and enforce strict internal controls and Group financial policies across the entity.
• Audit & Data Validation: Perform comprehensive audits of historical financial records to identify and rectify discrepancies or "bad conducts" left by previous management.
• Operational Reporting: Oversee and ensure 100% accuracy in production cost analysis, inventory valuation, and monthly financial closing.
• Compliance Management: Ensure strict adherence to VAS (Vietnam Accounting Standards) and local tax regulations, managing all statutory filings and external audits.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the existing accounting department, fostering a culture of professional integrity, transparency, and data accuracy.
• Strategic Support: Provide the General Manager with reliable financial data and cost-control insights to support factory architecture rectification and modernization goals.
