- Directly pick up, manage, and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including month-end and year-end closing processes, seamlessly stepping into the leadership position.
- Evaluate, manage, and potentially restructure the existing accounting team and workflows to drive departmental efficiency, data accuracy, and overall team performance.
- Ensure all financial reporting is strictly compliant with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and group policies.
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights to the Finance Manager in Taiwan.
- Manage tax filings, external audits, and compliance requirements specific to 100% export manufacturing entities
