About the job Site Supervisor/ V636YRX6
- Supervise daily construction activities for steel structure and industrial factory projects to ensure quality and safety.
- Conduct detailed inspections of work-in-progress to verify compliance with architectural and structural drawings.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager to report on site progress and resolve immediate technical or labor bottlenecks.
- Monitor the usage of steel materials and construction supplies to minimize waste and ensure cost-efficiency.
- Enforce strict Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards on-site to protect the workforce and company reputation.
- Act as a translator of technical requirements between the Taiwanese management and the local Vietnamese workforce.
