Key Responsibilities
1. General & Operational Reconstruction
- Strategic Alignment: Support the General Director in implementing strategic business goals and day-to-day operations.
- Database Rebuilding: Reconstruct and secure the company's administrative database, documentation, and historical records that were compromised during the previous leadership transition.
- Process Standardization: Oversee and standardize company policies and SOPs across all departments to ensure consistent execution and eliminate legacy informal practices.
- Performance & Cost Control: Lead performance monitoring and implement rigorous cost control initiatives to optimize factory productivity.
2. Strategic Human Resources Management
- Talent Recovery: Build a new, high-integrity HR team to manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
- Merit-Based Culture: Establish a strong company culture that promotes safety, teamwork, and engagement, moving away from "influence-based" management.
- Legal Compliance: Manage labor relations and union interactions while ensuring strict compliance with Vietnam labor laws and internal corporate standards.
3. Administration & Facility Oversight
- Asset Management: Supervise administrative operations, including office management, company assets, and maintenance for multiple entities.
- Governance: Manage legal documents, contracts, licenses, and company registrations.
- Procurement & Logistics: Ensure effective control over the procurement of office supplies, company vehicles, utilities, and logistics.
4. Leadership, Integrity & Crisis Coordination
- Team Development: Lead and develop the Admin & HR team to achieve departmental objectives through coaching and counseling.
- Transparent Communication: Act as the key liaison between management and staff, ensuring transparent communication and professional problem resolution.
- External Representation: Represent the company in external meetings with government authorities, industrial zone representatives, and partners.
