Bio Informatics Expert with IVF knowledge to work with established AI platform

Job Description: Bioinformatics IVF Specialist (AI-Enabled EMR Project)

We are seeking a Bioinformatics IVF Expert to support the development and optimization of an AI-driven Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system for fertility clinics. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in reproductive medicine, embryology workflows, and bioinformatics to help design data structures, integrate clinical and laboratory datasets, and guide model development for predictive and decision-support tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map and standardize IVF, embryology, and andrology data for integration into the EMR.
• Work with engineering and clinical teams to define data schemas, ontologies, and quality-control rules.
• Support development and validation of AI models, including outcome prediction and workflow automation.
• Translate clinical processes into data requirements and identify opportunities to improve decision-support.
• Ensure compliance with medical data privacy, regulatory standards, and best scientific practices.

Requirements:

• Qualification in Bioinformatics, Reproductive Biology, or related field.
• Strong understanding of IVF workflows, lab metrics, and patient pathways.
• Experience working with clinical datasets, EMRs, or health-tech platforms.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clinicians, embryologists, and AI engineers.

Would suit a fertility nurse, embryologist or quality manager with proven track record of EMR implementations.
