Andrologist in busy IVF Clinic 

Location: Dallas, Texas 
Full-time or Part-time

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Andrologist to join our team at the Dallas office of a leading group of IVF clinics. The successful candidate will play a key role in performing andrology laboratory procedures, supporting patient and donor screening, and ensuring the highest standards of sample quality and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform semen analysis, sperm processing, cryopreservation, and thawing procedures
• Support donor recruitment and screening, including infectious disease and genetic testing coordination
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure compliance with FDA and CLIA regulations
• Monitor equipment, perform QC/QA checks, and assist with laboratory audits
• Collaborate with the medical and laboratory management teams to maintain operational excellence

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Biological Sciences, Reproductive Biology, or related field
• At least one years' experience in a laboratory setting, preferable in andrology or a reproductive laboratory
• Strong knowledge of semen analysis and cryopreservation techniques

• Familiarity with FDA regulations for human tissue and donor eligibility 
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Desirable - American Board of Bioanalysis (ABB)  or ASCP certification or eligibility in addition to membership of the American Society of Andrology
