The Role: Sales Agent
The Sales Agent will manage the full B2C sales cycle, from lead generation through to closing, while ensuring a positive customer journey. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a proven track record who is passionate about renewable energy and achieving results.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, and social media

Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through the sales funnel

Conduct consultations to understand client energy needs and present tailored solutions

Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to prospective clients

Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Zoho preferred)

Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets

Provide strong after-sales service and encourage client referrals

Stay updated on renewable energy trends and contribute to sales strategies
About You

3 to 5 years of experience in high-volume B2C sales (solar/renewable industry an advantage)

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Proficiency with CRM systems (Zoho preferred) and Google Workspace

Minimum high school diploma; degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Energetic, proactive, and target-driven

Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions

Organised, able to manage multiple deals simultaneously
