The Role: Project Manager (High-End Residential Construction)
The purpose of this role is to act as the driving force behind prestigious projects from groundbreaking to handover. The Project Manager ensures operational excellence by leading skilled sub-contractors and artisans to meet quality standards while managing budgets, schedules, and high-level stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in the construction industry within the luxury residential sector.
• Lead full-cycle management of premium residential builds and complex renovations.
• Coordinate a diverse team of highly skilled sub-contractors and artisans to ensure quality-first standards.
• Control project budgets and schedules rigorously without compromising design intent.
• Act as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, architects, and engineers.
• Translate complex technical challenges into clear, professional updates for stakeholders.
• Identify site bottlenecks proactively and implement solutions to maintain momentum.

About You

• 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in the construction industry with a track record in luxury residential projects.
• Deep understanding of residential building methods and high-end finishes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing client expectations.
• Ability to lead tradespeople on-site while remaining professional under pressure.
• Based in Cape Town and ready to spend significant time on-site.
