TECHNICAL SALES ENGINEER (F&B & INDUSTRIAL FILTRATION)

Salary: R520 000 – R700 000 CTC

Your mission:

• Support and grow a mixed portfolio of F&B + industrial clients
• Run detailed audits and identify opportunities for real performance gains
• Enhance production reliability through membrane and filtration expertise
• Build high-trust advisory relationships with engineering teams
• Unlock new revenue through process optimisation opportunities

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in technical sales across F&B processing, FMCG, or industrial water/filtration
• Hands-on exposure to filtration/membrane systems (RO/UF/NF) used in Western Cape food, beverage and industrial plants
• Engineering qualification preferred: BSc/BTech Chemical, Mechanical or Process Engineering
• Ability to perform detailed plant audits and identify optimisation opportunities
• Proven key account management capability within technical environments
• Strong commercial acumen + the ability to translate technical findings into value-based proposals
• Comfortable working across diverse industries and managing a varied portfolio
• Valid drivers licence + willingness to travel across Western Cape
