The Role: Sales Representative / Sales Manager
This is a new, growth-focused role aimed at expanding the company's customer base across Gauteng. You'll take full ownership of the region, working independently to identify, approach, and convert prospective clients. The role requires a self-driven sales professional who thrives in building relationships, closing deals, and taking initiative.
Key Responsibilities

Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience in manufacturing, distribution, or related sectors

Proactively source and secure new business opportunities across Gauteng

Manage and grow long-term client relationships

Conduct market research to identify and pursue high-value prospects

Present product information confidently and negotiate pricing to close deals

Provide regular sales updates and maintain a clear sales pipeline

Represent the company with professionalism, product knowledge, and reliability

Work independently and remotely, while maintaining close communication with management
About You

2+ years of sales experience, ideally in a similar product or manufacturing-based environment

Strong hunter mentality with a proven ability to open new business

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Confident, proactive, and highly self-motivated

Able to work independently and manage time effectively

Familiar with reporting and basic sales documentation
