With a commitment to sustainable energy and excellent customer service, they're growing their remote support team and need a strong Administrator to help ensure projects run smoothly. This is a fast-paced, evolving industry, and the company values team members who are proactive, professional, and solutions-oriented.

The Role: Administrator

This role supports the Managing Director and wider team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. From document management and scheduling to liaising with clients and assisting with project coordination, the Administrator plays a key part in helping the business scale its clean energy offering. You'll need to be organised, articulate, and confident working independently under UK hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Minimum 2 years of proven administrative experience
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the MD and wider team
  • Manage calls, emails, and client communications professionally and promptly
  • Maintain records, update CRM (PipeDrive), and handle sales lead coordination
  • Prepare quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and compliance documentation
  • Schedule site surveys, installations, and maintenance visits
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met
  • Coordinate logistics for materials and deliveries
  • Support finance with reporting, invoicing, and audit preparation
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and aftercare services

About You

  • 2+ years experience in an administrative or coordinator role
  • UK working hours experience is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication,  articulate and professional
  • Strong multitasking and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • CRM experience (PipeDrive or similar)
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working remotely
  • Willing to go the extra mile to support the team
  • Advantageous: experience in renewable energy, electrical, or construction sectors
  • Knowledge of scheduling tools like SimPRO or Asana is a plus
  • NVQ/Diploma in Business Administration preferred
