Technical Sales Engineer - Industrial Filtration & Water Treatment

TECHNICAL SALES ENGINEER (INDUSTRIAL FILTRATION & WATER TREATMENT)

Salary: R550 000 – R750 000 CTC
Randburg, Gauteng

This role is built for someone who thrives in complex manufacturing and heavy-industry settings where reliability, up-time and process stability are everything.

Your role will include:

• Diagnosing process inefficiencies and failure points
• Designing robust filtration solutions for high-demand applications
• Reducing downtime, improving fluid quality and extending asset life
• Managing strategic industrial accounts
• Developing new business inside a high-potential territory

Requirements

• 3–5+ years experience in industrial filtration, water treatment, membranes or chemical process sales
• Strong exposure to manufacturing, automotive, chemical, petrochemical or heavy-industry environments
• Technical understanding of RO, UF, NF, process water, industrial fluids & separation systems
• BSc/BTech in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical, Process Engineering or related field
• Proven ability to diagnose plant/process inefficiencies and design engineered solutions
• Experience conducting process surveys, system performance tests & cost-saving analyses
• Ability to build and manage long-term industrial customer relationships
• Strong commercial acumen and territory development skills
• Valid drivers licence + willingness to travel across Gauteng
