The Role: Parts Sales Representative
You'll take the lead on daily parts sales operations, handling everything from counter sales and invoicing to managing supplier orders and supporting the workshop and fleet teams. This role plays a critical part in ensuring parts availability, accuracy, and service efficiency. It's ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced setting with broad exposure across sales, stock control, and procurement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in parts sales, ideally in agri/mechanisation industries

  • Drive over-the-counter sales, process invoices, and serve walk-in clients

  • Manage stock levels, replenish parts, and monitor quality, pricing, and GP targets

  • Perform stock counts, track availability, and ensure timely order dispatch and receipt

  • Oversee purchasing, handling supplier quotes, POs, invoice approvals, and stock control

  • Support workshop by ensuring parts are ordered for scheduled services and unused items returned

  • Maintain accurate records and compliance with SHE regulations and financial controls

  • Engage with department heads and respond timeously to service-related queries

  • Monitor team KPIs, report on performance, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

About You

  • 2+ years experience in a parts sales environment

  • Familiar with parts procurement, supply chain, and workshop operations

  • Excellent problem-solving and planning capabilities

  • Able to meet deadlines, handle pressure, and maintain strong attention to detail

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Valid drivers licence and own vehicle

  • Presentable with strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Self-motivated, methodical, and able to work independently or in a team

  • Maintains integrity, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented approach
