Our client is a digitally driven eCommerce company focused on scaling its customer engagement through best-in-class lifecycle marketing. With a growing ECRM function, theyre looking to strengthen their internal capabilities in email execution and campaign performance.

The Role: Klaviyo Email Build Specialist

As a Junior Klaviyo Email Build Specialist, you'll support the ECRM team by executing campaigns and automated flows from brief through to deployment. This role focuses on the technical build, content support, and performance tracking of email activity. Reporting to the ECRM Head Strategist, you'll work across multiple email types, ensuring campaigns are visually polished, brand-aligned, and performance-optimised.

Key Responsibilities

  • 1–3 years of hands-on Klaviyo experience required
  • Build and schedule email campaigns and flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Winback)
  • Apply segmentation and personalisation strategies as briefed
  • Conduct thorough QA across devices and inboxes pre-deployment
  • Write or adapt short-form copy aligned to campaign tone and goals
  • Optimise subject lines, preview text, and CTAs
  • Track and report on key performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions)
  • Support A/B testing and implement optimisations based on performance data
  • Work closely with the ECRM Head Strategist and wider team on planning and documentation

About You

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience using Klaviyo to build and manage email campaigns
  • Basic knowledge of CRM and lifecycle marketing principles
  • High attention to detail with strong QA skills
  • Strong written English and confidence writing short-form marketing copy
  • Able to follow briefs and collaborate effectively with designers and strategists
  • Advantageous: familiarity with segmentation, customer data, or HTML for emails
  • Experience working with international brands or teams is a plus
