The Role: Outbound SDR
As an Outbound Sales Development Representative, you'll be on the frontlines making outbound calls, generating opportunities, and driving qualified leads. This is a role for high performers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to accelerate their sales career. You'll receive AI-powered tools, world-class training, and real opportunities for advancement, but only your output will determine your trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales or cold calling
- Make 80 - 120 targeted outbound calls per day to decision-makers
- Execute proven talk tracks that open doors and drive urgency
- Handle objections with confidence and resilience
- Book qualified meetings that lead to real revenue
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up pipelines
- Represent the company and its clients with clarity and energy
- Compete on daily metrics and performance targets
About You
- 1+ year in outbound phone-based sales or business development
- Track record of hitting or exceeding performance KPIs
- University degree preferred
- Fluent English with confident phone presence
- Competitive, metrics-driven, and hungry to be #1
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Resilient rejection doesn't slow you down
- Comfortable selling into tough sectors (logistics, manufacturing, medical, etc.)
- Based in Cape Town and able to work full-time in-office during UK hours
