      The Role: Research Administrator
      This foundational role supports the business development function by identifying, researching, and verifying high-quality B2B leads for the sales team. You'll be the engine behind lead generation, ensuring the team has accurate, actionable data to power their outreach and conversions.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Research and identify marketing decision-makers across targeted industries
      • Use tools like LinkedIn, Hunter, and Lusha to gather verified contact information
      • Build accurate, segmented lead lists aligned with campaign goals
      • Validate and clean data for accuracy and completeness
      • Maintain and update lead records in the CRM (Pipedrive/HubSpot)
      • Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead criteria and priorities
      • Deliver timely, high-quality research to support ongoing sales efforts

      About You

      • 1-3 years experience in lead research, data entry, or sales support
      • Proficient with LinkedIn, Hunter, Lusha, and other research tools
      • Experienced with CRMs such as Pipedrive or HubSpot
      • Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
      • Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills
      • Highly organised, self-motivated, and deadline-driven
      • Naturally curious and analytical, with a problem-solving mindset
      • Commercially aware and interested in marketing and media
