The Role: Social Media Representative
This role focuses on managing and growing the companys online presence. You'll be the voice of the brand across social media platforms responding to customer inquiries, creating engaging content, and helping drive digital engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities

Minimum 1 - 2 years' experience managing or supporting social media platforms

Manage and monitor daily activity across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn

Engage with followers and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner

Collaborate with the marketing team on content calendars and campaigns

Post regular updates and craft compelling content to boost brand visibility

Track and analyse social media metrics to optimise performance

Stay informed on social media trends and digital best practices

Report on engagement, growth, and campaign outcomes
About You

1+ years of relevant experience in social media, community engagement, or digital content

Strong communication and typing skills with a high level of attention to detail

Energetic, creative, and confident in generating new content ideas

Self-driven and organised with the ability to manage tasks independently

Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Familiarity with social media tools and scheduling platforms is advantageous

A qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
