The Role: External Sales Representative Automotive OEM parts
The purpose of this role is to grow revenue and make a meaningful impact within a growing team by consistently closing deals. The main focus areas involve building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing product support within the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize proven external sales experience within the automotive industry, specifically with car parts, spares, and accessories.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while proactively securing new business.
• Promote and sell automotive parts, spares, and accessories to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Conduct regular client visits and provide product support and after-sales service.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on leads.
• Monitor competitor activity and identify market opportunities.
• Compile sales reports and analyze performance using Excel, including graphs and reporting metrics.

About You

• Matric (Grade 12).
• Valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle.
• Extensive product knowledge within the automotive parts sector.
• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (non-negotiable).
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to produce reports and graphs.
• Proactive, energetic, and self-motivated with a hunter mentality.
• Confident negotiator and natural closer who is resilient and target-driven.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
