Are you a persuasive communicator with a hunger for sales success?

Join The Legends Agency, a high-impact recruitment & Employer of Record (EOR) partner, as we expand our footprint across the UK market. We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to make bold moves and close big wins.

What You'll Do:

• Dial 100+ calls per day into the UK market to pitch our industry-leading EOR solution
• Qualify prospects, navigate decision-makers, and handle objections like a pro
• Book high-quality discovery calls and demos for our Sales Team
• Update all interactions in our CRM system (you must be experienced using one)
• Smash weekly KPIs and sales targets and get rewarded for it!
• Collaborate with leadership to refine scripts, sales processes, and outreach strategies

What Were Looking For:

• 1+ year of proven outbound sales or BDR experience
• Solid background in high-volume cold calling (ideally UK market)
• Fluent, professional English written and spoken with a neutral or UK-friendly accent
• Experience working on a CRM platform (e.g., Close, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
• Resilient, target-driven, and a true self-starter
• Able to work UK business hours (9 am 6 pm GMT)
• A tertiary qualification is advantageous but not essential
• Used to working with set KPIs and achieving targets
