The Role: Marketing Manager
This is a strategic leadership role for a marketing professional eager to define and implement dynamic marketing campaigns. The Marketing Manager will play a critical part in shaping brand direction, overseeing multichannel marketing efforts, and enhancing visibility across platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that support business objectives.
- Evaluate and optimize marketing channels, including digital, print, and events.
- Oversee and revamp the company's LinkedIn strategy to improve engagement and visibility.
- Manage website content to align with brand identity and audience needs.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns and events in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging materials such as articles, whitepapers, and promotional pieces.
About You
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Background in financial services or fintech is essential.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools, CMS platforms, and analytics tools.
- Strong B2B marketing expertise, particularly via LinkedIn.
- Strategic mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Confident campaign leader who can shape narrative and guide channel strategy while working hands-on with internal and external teams.
