Are you a confident, well-spoken, and organized individual with a passion for customer service? As the face of the company, you will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, providing essential administrative support and managing front desk responsibilities with precision and poise. Working Hours: 08h00 17h00

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12

  • 2 to 3 years of customer service experience

  • Proven receptionist experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Hands-on with office equipment (e.g., printers, laminators, TVs)

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

Key Duties:

  • Greet and assist visitors

  • Manage calls and correspondence

  • Book boardrooms and couriers

  • Support HR with interviews and liaise with security

  • Maintain a clean and secure reception area

  • General admin and clerical support
