About the job Admin Assistant

Duties

  • Process Purchase orders and Invoices
  • Manage Petty Cash
  • Reconcile \ Prepare Creditors Accounts for payments
  • Update Project Progress Report
  • Liaise with External Accountants
  • Reconcile and submit all Statutory accounts (SARS VAT, WCA, PAYE)

Requirements

  • 2 years in a similar role are essential
  • XERO accounting system knowledge
