The Role: Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in identifying NHS teams who could benefit from the platform. You'll manage outbound outreach, book qualified meetings, and help drive the growth of a product that's making a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research NHS organisations and stakeholders
  • Build and execute multichannel outreach campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn)
  • Book qualified discovery calls and product demos
  • Log outreach activity and manage your sales pipeline in HubSpot
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to support targeted campaigns
  • Take part in team stand-ups, sprints, and coaching sessions to continuously improve

About You

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • Confident and energetic on the phone, with a proactive mindset
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and eager to hit targets
  • Degree educated
  • Bonus: experience with the UK public sector or NHS
  • Bonus: familiarity with HubSpot or sales outreach tools
