A world-leading private equity player is now expanding into South Africa, and theyre looking for a Senior Broker / Closer to take the Cape Town office by storm.

What you will be doing

• Engage HNW investors with exclusive, high-performing private equity opportunities
• Work a warm pipeline youre not prospecting; youre closing
• Build lasting relationships with sophisticated investors across Europe, the UK, and beyond
• Deliver tailored investment solutions with credibility, urgency, and polish
• Smash performance targets in a high-octane sales environment
• Get flown out to international offices for training, networking, and next-level development

What you need to succeed:

• 5+ years in financial services, private equity, BPO, venture capital or high-ticket sales
• Proven closer with a track record of landing high-value investors
• Skilled in capital markets, structured products, or high-end sales cycles
• Performance-driven, strategic, and deeply persuasive both on calls and in person
• Ambitious, resilient, and ready to play at a global level
