Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: JHB, South Africa (Hybrid 2 days office / 3 days remote)
Salary: R20,000 CTC + Petrol & Cell phone Allowance + Commission


An innovative and socially conscious company specialising in functional food and drink solutions is looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to join their team. Their mission is to provide nutritionally fortified instant meals for individuals operating in high-demand, extreme environments,  including the mining, security, transport, and defence sectors.

As a Sales Executive, your focus will be on promoting and selling these essential products to corporate clients, with an emphasis on partnerships driven by Corporate Social Investment (CSI) initiatives and programs. This role suits a sales professional who not only thrives on meeting targets but also wants to make a positive impact on communities and individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on the corporate CSI market.
  • Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with corporate partners and decision-makers.
  • Identify new sales opportunities aligned with both business and CSI objectives.
  • Present and demonstrate products to potential clients, highlighting nutritional and social benefits.
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing and product teams to align efforts and messaging.
  • Offer end-to-end client support to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Keep informed on industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not essential.
  • Proven success in B2B or corporate sales, preferably in the food, wellness, or FMCG sectors.
  • Familiarity with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR/CSI) programs and stakeholder engagement.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A compassionate, client-first approach with a genuine passion for improving lives.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a hybrid work environment.
