Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Debtors Book

  • Oversee project invoicing with accuracy and efficiency

  • Track and compile progress reports for multiple ongoing projects

  • Allocate incoming payments and reconcile accounts

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar Debtors/Admin role

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Experience with the Xero Accounting System is a bonus
