Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the Debtors Book

Oversee project invoicing with accuracy and efficiency

Track and compile progress reports for multiple ongoing projects

Allocate incoming payments and reconcile accounts
Requirements:

Prior experience in a similar Debtors/Admin role

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
-
Experience with the Xero Accounting System is a bonus
