Personal Assistant

Location: Blackheath, Cape Town
Salary: R15,000  per Month

A dynamic and fast-paced organisation in the construction sector is seeking a capable and proactive Personal Assistant to support both the Managing Director and a Non-Managing Director. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring these senior leaders operate efficiently, with seamless administrative and organisational support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level assistance to both directors
  • Manage schedules, meetings, travel, and communications
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Maintain structure and organisation in day-to-day operations
  • Track deadlines and ensure follow-through on director action items
  • Support with ad hoc personal or business-related tasks


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Relevant qualification in administration, business support, or office management
  • 2-4 years experience in a similar Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role
  • Excellent time management and ability to multitask
  • Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern digital tools and office software
  • Extroverted, approachable, and able to engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential matters
